Nov 12, 2021 · As part of preserving the archive in its entirety, all fanfiction currently in The Harry Potter FanFic Archive will be hosted on the OTW’s servers and embedded in their own AO3 work pages. Eventually links to the old site will redirect to the collection on AO3, which can be searched and filtered in order to locate individual imported works.

Anyway the whole archive - as far as I know - is available on the Internet Archive. It is an upload by user aaronmelzak, upload under the name of Harry Potter FanFic Archive, there are several different archives uploaded there, HPFF is the the one called HarryPotterFanFiction_com.zip, all of 3.6 gig.
