Even after 30 days O2 are likely to sell the debt on to a collection agency so it's imperative that you call them and arrange a payment plan. They will usually expect you to pay up the contract in full unless you speak to them.

Apr 14, 2011 · You get at least 14 days to pay from your bill date. For instance if yours is the 5th of the month, it has to be paid by the 19th. If your a good customer you may even get a couple of days over that.

Oct 25, 2023 · When I go to my O2, there is nothing there, no link to pay, nothing, presumably because I cancelled my account. I can’t pay it over the phone, as I can’t speak on the phone. The app no longer works for me either.
