I would have been able to pay one of the months bills in full, bit now i am overdue of my device plan as i could only afford airtime. I'll be calling o2 and complaining. I never pay my bills late.

  4. Nov 24, 2021 · Contracts only have a minimum term, if you don't upgrade, they just carry on. If you have a refresh contract you stop paying the device plan and just carry on with the airtime. If it's a standard contract, your payments don't change. In both cases, you can upgrade to a sim only tariff and keep your phone to save money.
