The 30 day restriction also applies any time you load your card online. At the top of the page when you load your card: Funds loaded online must be synced to your card by taking a regular journey with your PRESTO card. Your funds are available 24 hours after purchase, and remains available for 30 days.

If you ordered a card with a My PRESTO Account from the PRESTO website, you'll need to activate it before you ride. Cards purchased in person are already activated.
