  6. Looks like you're conflating two things, and it's a very important distinction. You have dropped a course...that's one thing. But you have not withdrawn from the university...that is a separate thing. It costs money to be enrolled, even if you don't take a single course. You need to talk to someone at the Registrar and explain your situation.
