Your contactless card ID is a unique number assigned to your debit or credit card by PRESTO. A confirmation ID is a unique code assigned to each debit or credit transaction. You can find your contactless card ID by signing into the PRESTO App or website with the details of the card you used to pay your fare.

Sign in anonymously with your card information to see your transaction history. Your card will not be charged. For Debit card users, you can find the 10-digit Confirmation ID next to any PRESTO contactless transaction in your bank statement in the last 6 months.

For trips 36 and onwards, your discount will be based on the value of the trips you’ve taken that month. To earn these discounts, you’ll need to use the same form of payment for all your trips – you can’t combine payments on a PRESTO card, PRESTO in Google Wallet, credit card, and debit card.
