   How do I transfer a lost Presto card?

   • If you have, then report it lost and then pick up a new card from gateway or anywhere that sells the card. Go back to the presto website and register the new card to transfer your balance. It may take 24 hrs for the balance to show up but you will receive additional instructions by email on what left to do.

   • But for now, that's what you can do. Cancel it in the app, it will protect your balance. But it will only do that if you registered your Presto card in the app. Once you get a new card you can transfer the balance over. If you didn’t register it, you’re SOL.
