Dec 4, 2022 · On at least a daily basis, sometimes more frequently, when trying to make a call, the response has been "Call Failed". I have similar iPhone 13 (standard size) that can make calls when the mini fails. The problem can be fixed with a reboot (at least on a daily basis). It did correct itself when I turned airplane mode on for 5 sec, then back on.
