If your account is no longer active, you'll have to log in with your username. Your username is not necessarily your email address, unless you set it up that way. It contains 3-40 characters and it cannot contain your password, spaces or certain symbols
If you want to replace a lost, stolen or defective SIM card, or need to transfer your Virgin Plus mobility service to another device, you can do this easily through My Account. If both of your devices are compatible iPhone or Android devices, you can also transfer your service to an eSIM using Apple's or Android's eSIM Quick Transfer.
