Whenever I'm at a loss for what pack or version of minecraft to play, I always seem to gravitate towards the old 1.6.4 Crash Landing pack. It's the greatest modpack ever made, hands down. Perfectly punishing, with a real tight progression.
Crash Landing is a Feed The Beast and CurseForge modpack by Iskandar. It uses Hardcore Questing Mode to make the modpack a more linear style of playing. The main challenge comes from the mod, EnviroMine, and its feature where the player must drink water to survive.
Sep 2, 2014 · Most people, at the start of a Crash Landing play-through, go outside and build a wall, or dig a moat, to cover their crashed ship. The problem with this method is that working outside rapidly increases your core temperature and dehydration rate.
Ive looked around a bit but wasnt able to find any mod packs that are like the crashlanding mod pack. Im looking for a survival pack with a hostile environment that has a needs system and limited lifes. A progression system with questing would be nice as well. Any suggestions?
It's a really old pack on technic or atlauncher I think it was! I found it, it's "Crash Landing", but I don't remember the base looking like that... Maybe they updated it since I played years ago! I remember this too, or something similar - crash landing looks close but yeah, not how I remember.
