Infernum is an expansion mod (yes there are mods to mods) to calamity which completely overhauls the bosses and makes them very bullet hell. In your place I'd beat revengeance and death (the two new difficulty modes calamity adds, you trigger them by clicking on a black hexagon next to your healthbar when opening your inventory) and if that isn't enough for you then I'd say go for infernum.

When making a new character with calamity mod installed, a bag, iron heart/defilled rune and revengance can be found in your inventory. When making a world, choose expert and then open the world to a server for your friend to join in, after that, there will be some inventory items, to turn on revengance, just use the revengance item in your inventory.
