A McGill transcript includes all attempted work and final grades obtained in all programs. The University does not issue partial transcripts under any circumstances. The University issues official transcripts in electronic or paper format. Requests for both electronic official (eTranscripts) and paper transcripts are submitted in Minerva.
If you require an official transcript, you can order it online through Minerva by going to: Student Menu -> Student Records -> Menu> Request Printed/Official Transcript You can also order a transcript through the Student Records page. For privacy reasons, email and/or phone requests are not accepted. Transcript requests are free of charge.
