The official fix is to enable UAC and reboot the pc or run the trubleshooter but sadly for me nothing is working, and we are talking about a windows 10 fresh new installation here. The second bug is about the taskbar, infact when you move the in-game view down too much the Windows Taskbar will show up causing the same issues of the fisrt bug.

The pop up of top bar with minimize and close buttons on full screen should be fixed 10 years ago, having free mouse on barrels and options should never show the top bar of the game window since this is the first grade of fullscreen option meaning.

Look into a program called Borderless Gaming. You can run the game in indowed mode and then use the program to manually set the window size. Once the size is set, restart Sea of Thieves and the aspect ratio should match the size of the window you set. For example, on my ultra wide monitor, the resolution is 3440x1440.
