  4. Dec 14, 2023 · Well, if I understand your question correctly, NGC (or ANY other grading service) grades every coin the same way. You don’t get a better grade by paying for a higher tier. The only difference in cost is time taken to grade and of course if the value of the coin itself is higher than 3000, then the fees go up accordingly.
