I’m 3L interested in practicing in real estate law. However, I couldn’t get into the real estate course at my law school because it was full. The professor won’t let me audit the course. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can learn about and start my career in real estate law?
Real Estate and Civil Litigation are offered during the fall semester; Corporate and Estates are offered in the Winter/Spring semester. It is suggested you take one at a time but I had a classmate who took both Real Estate and Litigation at the same time.

I've only ever worked in personal injury. It's a good field to be in you can do a lot as a law clerk. The areas of law where you can do the most as a law clerk would be real estate or wills and estates. You can almost do the whole thing on your own.
