This suggests that those 2 symbols on the slider must be set on the 1st and 2nd gearwheels. The other edge of the puzzle piece on the slider fits the one on the bottom surface of the box. Now you know the third symbol to be set on the gear.
Nov 12, 2023 · Even from this limited sample set, we can notice a few motifs starting to emerge. One answer pair appeared three times, twice with the same clue: RIDE/RILE, and its repeated clue was “Antagonize,” while the varying clue was “Get on someone’s back.”

Imagine a grid where the answer to a particular clue could be “sun” or “son,” and both possibilities work with the intersecting clues.
