Nov 24, 2023 · To find your world seed, you can simply type /seed in the command console. To bring up the command console, press the / button. The console will then respond with your appropriate world seed number. You can also use the Re-create option (as seen in the photo above) while selecting your existing World to see your seed number.

Aug 9, 2015 · How do i find it out. Assuming you are not on a server, or are the administrator of the server, you can type in "/seed" while in the game and the numeric seed will be displayed. Also, if you point Amidst at your world save folder it will display the numeric seed when it displays the biome map (and allow you to use Ctrl-C to copy it)..
Oct 13, 2024 · In Java Edition, the player can enter the command / seed to view the world's seed. This command is available in singleplayer worlds even if cheats are off. The player can also select 'Re-create' in the Worlds menu to see the seed. In Bedrock Edition, the seed can be found on the world options screen.
