The university receives strategic direction from Alberta Innovates each year to ensure that research projects are aligned with Alberta Innovates' Platform areas. Many other scholarships and awards are offered by other organizations – we encourage you to visit Alberta’s public university and college websites to research the scholarships that they offer.
Alberta Innovates scholarship recipients will also be surveyed over several years after the end of the scholarship to measure the impact and benefits of Alberta Innovates funding for recipients and for Alberta. Recipients will be asked to report on research and training achievements, current location, and ongoing career progression.
