The opposite is true for the Bedrock playerbase. Mojang has a long-term goal of making the functionality of both editions the same, but its a slow and painful process. Like sticky pistons being able to "unstick" blocks? This is a java bug that the Java playerbase has come to depend on. Such bugs were not intentionally written into Bedrock.
