Blo-No is 2 hours from Chicago, and accessible by Amtrak, making it the perfect day trip destination. They are most well-known for being the home of Illinois State University, but there is so much more to explore.
May 15, 2023 · The Illinois Shakespeare Festival takes place at Bloomington’s outdoor Ewing Theatre, as well as Illinois State University’s Center for Performing Arts. The former is in a beautiful spot, on an estate laid out by the Prairie Style landscape architect, Jens Jensen.
