I'm not too interested in playing tarkov like normal, not happy with a bunch of changes etc. but i am explicitly interested in what will happen when I get to level 20 withotu doing the ground zeroes quests, not gonna pick them up at all, just gonna grind and see what happens.

Go to ground zero at night and wait it out like 20 min ish, follow the outside edges of the map. Around this time it’s mainly scavs or Pscavs and with your disarming appearance you’re pretty much free to go anywhere, just don’t get too close and avoid AI scavs. Got all my quests done first try with this method.
