Containers, as the name suggests, are items for containing things. Some of these items can not be equipped on the character but are used to free up inventory space by providing storage and taking up fewer inventory slots. Hover over the icons of the containers for a quick view of their layouts.

Use ammo boxes, you can get one for free from the gift package on the EFT website. I store ammo in ammo boxes, mags in mag boxes, and keep my most used mag/ammo combos full of what I use. Everything else I load on demand. You can use the sorting table if you lack stash space.
