Sep 21, 2021 · Freezing Effect. With the new 1.17 caves and cliffs update, one thing I've noticed is the freezing effect of the powdered snow. The effect is very cool, having an icy overlay and change your row of hearts into frozen ones. But I can't seem to find a command to inflect such effect upon a mob, a player or an entity.
