Sep 1, 2024 · The Veterans Resource Center (VRC), located in building 36, Rm 100 (downstairs) provides a central entry point for Active Duty, Reserve service members, Veterans and their families as they transition from the military to Grossmont College.
The Veterans Resource Center (VRC) on campus is located in building 36-100. The VRC is staffed by VA work study students, School Certifying Officials (SCOs) and Counselors. They provide assistance to all students, prospective, new and continuing whether using VA education benefits or not.
Grossmont College is an approved institution for the training of Active Duty service members, Veterans, Reserve service members and military dependents under United States and California statutes. We are also proud to share we have earned the Military Friendly® School Award with the Silver level.
Apr 3, 2023 · Through Grossmont College’s Veterans Services, veterans and military dependents can gain access to their Veteran Affairs educational benefits, priority registration, a dedicated counselor, textbook assistance and more.

The veterans’ center will serve as a centralized home for veteran services at Grossmont College, serving more than 500 active duty, reserve service members, veterans and their families.
