The Palace is a former royal residence, and is located in Versailles which is 19km west of Paris. It’s opulent, and ornate, and a must if you are a history buff. The trip takes about 45 minutes. My tour of Versailles included the King’s State Apartment, the Hall of Mirrors, and part of the gardens.
