DIVISION 1. - IN GENERAL. Sec. 26-471. - Purpose and applicability. (a) This article establishes standards for sufficient off-street parking and loading facilities of newly developed or redeveloped buildings or tracts within the city during all times the buildings or tracts are in use or occupied.
