Jackson Lake is a smaller body of water southwest of the popular Jackson Meadow Reservoir. The lake is set below a large rocky outcrop, and there's a dam on its northwest side you can walk across. The trail to its shores is a relatively easy hike through the forest, and this route climbs to a smaller upper lake with gorgeous views.
