Malvern is a neighbourhood in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a population of 44,315. [2] It is located in the northeast corner of the city. There are over 60 different cultures represented in Malvern, with the most dominant ethnic groups being Caribbean Canadians (mostly Jamaican, Trinidadian, and Guyanese) and South Asian Canadians (mostly Sri Lankan Tamil, Indian, and Pakistani).
Malvern is located at the north-east end of the City of Toronto. This neighbourhood has retained its rural roots by preserving mature trees, ravine woodlots and parklands. Malvern’s affordable real estate has traditionally attracted many new Canadians to this neighbourhood.
