I very much expect the MG Unicorn 2.0 (basically the MGEX without the LEDs or stand) for a lower price to be announced sometime in the next few years. I can't imagine they'd want to skip out on releasing a new FA, Banshee, and Phenex with the new molds.

The only thing the MG 1.0 is good for now is for reviewers to compare it to the MGEX and/or resin conversion kit (which is what I’ll be using it for).
