If I'm not mistaken there is only a single MG 1/100 Strike Freedom from 2006 which has been constantly re-released across the years. There is also a Perfect Grade at 1/60 scale. At 1/144 is where there are a bunch from HG revives, the RG, and HG gunpla builder variants.

The mgex is a stunner, but funnily enough, seeing the MG in comparison does make me want to get it. End of the day, comparing the two would be unfair, mgex is meant to be a pure expression of detail, while the MG gives us what we saw in the anime in a more refined way at 1/100 scale. Both look fantastic in their own respective ways.
