Jan 8, 2024 · One is that when I open Minecraft Bedrock, which was working from the get-go, I do not get the 1600 Minecoins; five maps (Skyblock One Block, Hacker Tools, Pets Collection, Parkour Spiral, and Original Bed Wars); three skin packs (Spy Mobs, Cute Anime Teens, and Cute Mob Skins), one texture pack (Clarity), five Character Creator items, nor the three emotes.

Jun 14, 2021 · You can't contact them in real time, if that's what you're looking for. Use the webform that u/Darkchyylde linked. I'm in the same exact boat. Their support is infuriating. I messaged last week and the first support guy requested my account info which i provided and then said sorry i cant help and i cant tell you why.
