To access more features, such as balance protection, transaction history, you will need to Sign Up for a PRESTO Account. Your PRESTO card and verification number did not match or your PRESTO card is already registered to a PRESTO Account.
If you have forgotten your PRESTO account username or password, go to prestocard.ca and on the Sign In page click on Forgot Username or Forgot Password. If you still cannot access your account, please contact PRESTO at 1-877-378-6123 for assistance.
If you’ve used a debit or credit card at least once to pay your fare, you can add it to your PRESTO Account and see more of your transaction history. If you’ve tapped with a debit card in a mobile wallet, you can check your bank account to see your charges.
You can check your travel history, balance and more by logging into your PRESTO card account. You must register your card to have access to this information.
