  3. Cons. - Salary and benefits could be better - Sometimes work (scoping, clear boundaries etc.) can feel chaotic due to the nature of the company, but those things are usually quickly addressed. On the other hand that chaos provides the opportunity to bring your own expertise and ideas. Show more.

Winnipeg is becoming a decent sized tech hub and an awesome company like payworks would be a better contender with more competitive salary/benefits.
