I made this self-assessment after seeing a similar version on the Center for Financial Social Work’s site.
If you already rigorously apply an EFQM2-based system to all services, you can use the PIM key factors, questions, evidence sources, and illustrations in Section 3 as a reference to help you apply the generic questions in a specific professional social work context.
