Parking
Visitor drop off and pick up is allowed at the main entrance to the museum. The museum offers paid parking. Please note that the ticketing system uses your vehicle’s licence plate number; be sure to note it before leaving your car to pay. Getting around
Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis. To sign out a wheelchair, please visit our admissions desk. The Canada Science and Technology Museum features level flooring throughout, with the exception of the Steam: A World in Motion exhibition and the Sound by Designexhibition, which are accessible via a ramp. Seating is available in all areas of the museum. Each seating area includes seats with arm and back supports.
Demo stage
The Demo Stage features seating for visitors using wheelchairs, as well as seats with arm and back supports.
Support persons
The Canada Science and Technology Museum offers free admission to one support person accompanying a person with disabilities. The support person must present themselves at the front desk.
The sensory guides are pre-visit tools to prepare visitors for things they might see and do as they visit the Museum.
