Oct 12, 2024 · If you could find a trim that would overlap the tile face and was very low profile, I suppose you could make it appear that the tile and trim are plumb, but I am not aware of any trim like this. If the tile is ceramic, you could cut the tile just next to the trim to create a new plumb tile edge (using a circular saw or grinder with tile cutting blade), then attach a trim like Schluter Quadec-K .
