Mar 11, 2024 · Even though Disney’s Hollywood Studios isn’t huge, the walk from Toy Story Land or Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to Sunset Boulevard is a time eater. We didn’t follow our own advice here, instead doing each a couple of times, grabbing some of the included refreshments, and then slowly meandering back towards the other while eating our Mickey’s Premium Bars or what have you.

Jan 22, 2024 · Dates & Hours. For 2024, Hollywood Studios After Hours events will be held on select nights from mid-January to mid-April. After-hours events will also take place around the same time at other Disney Parks, including Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Unfortunately, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park is not part of the lineup.

Yes. Even if you’re not a Star Wars fan, there’s so much to do in the park, getting EVERYTHING in would be tough. Can wait times be a problem? Sure, but with the help of Disney Genie+, you can get your money’s worth out of your Hollywood Studios tickets.

In theory, this should be a fun, Festival of the Lion King-esque romp. However, it is not. In my opinion, it’s slow and stilted. It may be the worst Disney theme park production I’ve ever seen. This one you can probably skip unless you’re a huge Beauty and the Beast fan.
This is another skippable one. The other nighttime show in Hollywood Studios pales in comparison to Fantasmic!The show itself is good. But it ought to be great, evoking all that powerful nostalgia. This is a fun but forgettable 3D adventure. However, I will say the appearance of the Sweetums – the large hairy ogre – in live-action is truly the highlight. Overall, Grand Avenue could use a Muppet ride, even if they’re just small carnival-style rides.

This is the place to be if you’ve got toddlers or young ones who love Disney Jr. Hollywood Studios is the only place for Disney Jr. characters, which is huge. This is not my favorite roller coaster in the Disney parks. It’s not comfortable. It often feels more like a test of endurance than a ride. I will say, that I wish they get with the Beatles people to do a Yellow Submarine ride that is a mix of this, Guardians and Mickey & Minnie’s. That would be awesome.
This is a great show but leaves you wishing Disney had figured out how to do more with Dr. Jones in Disney World.

Sep 1, 2024 · Disney's Hollywood Studios offers an After Hours event about once a week, typically on Wednesdays. The event hours run from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and you may enter as early as 7 p.m. with an event ticket. If you wish to enter before 7 p.m., you'll need regular park admission.
Jun 7, 2024 · Hollywood Studios typically opens at 8.30am: Early Entry is 30 minutes prior to opening – so 8am for an 8.30am opening.
