The Venus Orbiter Mission (VOM), unofficially known as Shukrayaan [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] (Sanskrit: Śukra 'Venus', Yāna 'Craft, Vehicle'), [12] is a planned Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) mission to study the surface and atmosphere of Venus.
