Nov 12, 2021 · The launch of the National Databank follows a series of moves from Virgin Media O2 to support vulnerable customers during the COVID-19 pandemic – from free mobile data, devices and TV channels, to permanently zero-rating NHS and education websites.
Since Virgin Media O2 joined forces with Good Things Foundation and founded the National Databank, we’ve connected over 90,000 people with O2 SIM cards , each providing free data, texts and minutes every month for up to 12 months. And we’ve increased the monthly data from 15GB to 25GB.
Nov 7, 2022 · People can now access the National Databank directly on the High Street via O2 stores and get 20GB of free O2 data per month for up to six months – enough for around 220 hours of internet browsing per month – so they can get online and stay in touch with loved ones.
