   I took out a Virginmedia contract with an O2 phone in March 24. Despite spending over 18 hours of my time, getting 3 SIM cards and numerous complaints and visits to O2 shope the SIM card could not be activated by O2. My complaints went unanswered, in the end (July) I complained to the Ombudsman.
