Windows 10 is not going to run well on any computer with only 8GB of RAM. That is not a knock on the VCS, that is the nature of Windows being a resource hog with any computer system. MESS is the Multiple Emulated System Something... It's more designed with old computer emulation, though I don't know if it's no longer supported.
