- “The One Where Everybody Finds Out” (Season 5, Episode 14) “They don’t know that we know they know we know.” You could easily switch up this episode of “The One With the Embryos” because they’re just so darn funny.
- “The One With The Embryos” (Season 4, Episode 12) This episode is an instant classic and one of my go-to episodes when I really need a good laugh. The guys and girls take competition a little too far when they agree to some Ross-led trivia.
- “The One Where Ross Got High” (Season 6, Episode 9) This is easily my favorite Thanksgiving episode and one that I watch multiple times every year. This year, Monica has entrusted Rachel with making the dessert, but it doesn’t go to plan as Rachel makes half an English Trifle and half a Shepherd’s pie.
- “The One Where No One’s Ready” (Season 3, Episode 2) This is one of the more underrated episodes of the series, which finds everyone attempting to get ready for one of Ross’ work functions.

Ross mentions that men do not hate the comedian - it is just not why they bought the ticket. Continuin...

This is the only episode whose title refers to both a prominent event in the episode as well as its position in the runtime: Carol's sonogram at the end of the episode.Along with "The One With The Blackout", David Schwimmer received his only Emmy nomination of the series for this episode. The clothes the gang wear in the cold open are the same clothes they wear at the end of the next episode. This is the first episode where clips of the show were put into the opening sequence. When Rachel begins to look for her ring under the couch, Monica mentions eating ice cream while holding a spray bottle and towel. The bottle disappears then reappears in her hand before the convers...When Ross enters Monica's apartment, Monica closes the door and the sound of the door closing softly can be heard but in the next shot it's ajar.In the last episode, it said that Barry's last name was Finkle, however, when Barry gets called down by the speaker, it refers to him as Dr. Farber.Around halfway through the episode, when the gang meets in the coffeehouse, other people can be seen congregating through the window. As soon as we see inside the building, they have disappeared.Phoebe:You're all chaotic and twirly, and not in a good way!Judy Geller: [about Rachel] Well, at least she had the chance to leave a man at the altar.Monica: What's that supposed to mean?Judy Geller: Nothing. It's an expression.Monica: No, it's not.Jack Geller:Don't listen to your mother. You're independent and you always have been. Even when you were a kid, and you were chubby and you had no friends, you were just fine! And you'd read alone...- Andrea Reiher
- Pilot. Season 1, Episode 1. This is where it all started, so it's only natural that your binge-watch would start here too. Plus, it holds up as a great sitcom pilot.
- The One with the Blackout. Season 1, Episode 7. This episode features everything that was so great about early Friends — a big ensemble episode, Phoebe's (Lisa Kudrow) songs, angsty Ross (David Schwimmer) — and adds in Chandler (Matthew Perry) off on perhaps the greatest solo side plot of the show's entire run.
- The One with All the Poker. Season 1, Episode 18. A personal favorite, this episode combines some of the best one-liners ("The fifth dentist caved and now they're all recommending Trident?"
- The One Where Rachel Finds Out. Season 1, Episode 24. Friends definitely knew how to do cliffhangers and Rachel rushing to the airport to greet Ross after finding out he has feelings for her, only to see him kissing another woman was one of the best.
