A while ago I created a few League champ abilities in Garry's Mod. I made Zed Q - had to find a 3d model of a shuriken to import as a prop, copied the sound from League and scripted the ability and effects in LUA as best as I could. It's kinda shitty but here's the addon: Gmod Zed Q addon. Shit was hard.

The game has over 90% locked away at lvl 1. This makes the game a lot easier to learn since you're not overwhelmed with 100% of everything the game has to offer when you dip your toes into it.
