Which version of the transparent card did you have? I have confirmation that the "CLEAR", "Blue", and "Blue Cash" cards are NOT transparent anymore. Amex is switching these cards to the same design as the "Blue Cash Everyday". The only transparent card left is the "Everyday" and Everyday Preferred". I agree with you.
