On February 29, 2008, Time Warner reorganized New Line Cinema so it went from being an independent studio to a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Entertainment.
Two years later, the byline was reverted back to A Time Warner Company (this time using the font of the original logo in the word "Time Warner"). It was last used on a trailer of The Rite released on December 11, 2010, then reused in The Nun II, albeit as a variant and using the Warner Bros. Discovery byline.

- (October 14, 1994-September 3, 2010) Visuals: A black box rotates out from an extreme close-up, with a blue light in the background. Various filmstrips zoom past the box as two more filmstrips rotate in, forming like before.
Blade (1998) and Blade II (2002): The logo is tinted in red. The first movie used the earlier TimeWarner byline while the second used the AOL Time Warner byline. Blade: Trinity (2004): The logo starts off normal but then turns red at the end, with the company name and byline retaining their white color.
In 2008, Time Warner reorganized New Line Cinema so it went from being an independent studio to a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Entertainment. 3 years later, the logo scheme was changed from Blue to Yellow, and is now shown together with the Warner Bros. Pictures logo to reflect the new organization.
New Line was acquired by Turner Broadcasting on January 28, 1994; both merged with Time Warner on October 10, 1996.

Jun 14, 2024 · Since 2011, New Line Cinema has been trapped in a logo that permanently intertwined the studio with Warner Bros. Pictures. It looked bad and the visual approach of having pieces of the Warner Bros. shield fly out to form the New Line Cinema logo was always such a strained concept.
