So I submitted an appeal for a parking ticket. "Parking more than 3 hours" but it was in front of my own house. Ticket says "Marked vehicle at 7:49AM, returned 11:10AM" but I have surveillance video showing the officer drove by in his car without stopping or marking my tire, and I actually left with my car and returned in the meantime so it technically wasn't parked more than 3 hours anyway.

There's a discreet sign in a pole before my car which you actually see only if you look up that says no stopping within 9m of this sign. I only saw it after i got the ticket.

Option 3: Ask for a trial. If you want to plead not guilty and fight your charge, you need to fill out the information on the back of the ticket under Option 3 and ask for a trial date. This is called a “Notice of Intention to Appear.” You need to file your request with the court office shown on the ticket.
