Nov 12, 2024 · DDE passwords expire every 30 days and users are revoked after three consecutive unsuccessful password entry attempts. All User IDs are systematically monitored for inactivity. After 60 days of inactivity, User IDs are subject to automatic deletion.
Mar 19, 2024 · These instructions will assist you in completing the Direct Data Entry (DDE) User ID Request Access form. Forms that are not legible or filled out incorrectly will be returned. It can take up to 30 days to process application from the date a correct form is received.
Providers whose IDs have been revoked will need to apply for a new ID through the EDI Enrollment packet or the Online DDE Enrollment Form located on the Palmetto GBA website. Normal processing time to receive a new DDE User ID is 15 business days.
