The Virgin Media and O2 Communities will be merged at some point. The Virgin Media Community will be re-designed to look like the O2 Community. The O2 Community will introduce staff to answer account issues and moderation will be performed by staff. We’ll then look to merge both communities together and then move over to a new backend.
