Nov 9, 2023 · If you have free calls on your O2 tariff, then it will still be free. I'm sorry to nit-pick here, but I think given the query here, a better phrase would be "if you have an allowance, then 03x calls will be included". The only truly free calls are to 080x numbers.

Jan 5, 2024 · Virgin did call me back the following day and was able to better the new customer deal which I ended up taking. They explained that the VM and O2 contracts are completely separated and that I'd need to negotiate with O2 if I wanted to do anything with my mobile contract.
