  4. Used for swimming goggles. Works better than the anti-fog coating that comes with your goggles (specifically, I use Eyeline Aquamate and Eyeline Mirrormax goggles). Also works much much better than the the Eyeline anti-fog spray or the Zoggs anti-fog lotion. Also, you can spray it on and it seems to stay good for multiple swims.
